Hand illustrated correspondence card set
I’ve been dreaming about these correspondence cards for some time now; for me they evoke the romantic nostalgia of bygone times, a lost era of calling cards, quill pens, candle light and wax seals.
My correspondence cards are a modern day nod to that lost tradition, an invite to pause our fast-paced world for a moment to let someone know that you’re thinking of them. Someone you’ve perhaps not seen for a while, a friend you miss, a kind soul you’d like to thank, or your chum who might need a little reminder about how amazing she / he is.
The gold Art Deco inspired borders & type shimmer in the light, and my fun and whimsical watercolour illustrations sing out with their sumptuous colours and intricate details.
My correspondence cards are 7” x 5” (178mm x 128mm), made with 350gsm (that’s luxuriously thick!) crisp white card stock, which is FSC certified (this means it is made from sustainably managed forests), and are printed & hot foiled (that’s the gold shiny bits!) here in the UK by a family run printing business.
You’ll find 6 cards in the pack, 2 of each different design:
"Whale hello there!” featuring two blue whales adorned with stars.
“Thank you so mush!” featuring my favourite red and white mushies.
“You are flamazing!” featuring Flamina the flamingo!
Each card is accompanied by a luxurious pale blue envelope.
It has been a real labour of love to create a product which sticks to my brand ethos to be as eco friendly as I possibly can, made here in the UK, sustainable, top quality and of course, beautiful!
