'Bracken and Bramble' Cuddling Badgers unframed Giclée Print
Meet ‘Bracken and Bramble’, all snuggled up in their fern and snopdrop den.

‘Bracken and Bramble’ came about after our cctv camera picked up a badger passing in front of our house late at night. We did not know we had any badgers here in suburbia, so it was a very exciting discovery! (We have a lot of foxes!) I was starting to put together a collection for Mother’s Day and our special little night time visitor inspired this doodle.
After sketching out these two snuggling up, I used my watercolour paints to layer up and create their textured coats, adding in the detail for their happy, sleepy faces! Their cosy nest of snowdrops, ferns and heather were added afterwards along with the fluttering butterflies and bumble bee.
All of my prints are painted by hand, scanned and then digitally printed by specialist Art Printers on Hahnemuhle German Etching paper 310gsm. This is a high quality heavy weight paper that features a velvety textured, warm white surface that gives your print a tactile feel.
Unframed Giclée Print. 188mm x 260mm (Larger than A5 but smaller than A4). This print can be trimmed to A5 upon request; please let me know at checkout if you require this service.
